CRC: BOD approves to receive the transfer of shares

On April 22, 2019, the Board resolution of Create Capital Viet Nam Joint Stock Company Limited approved to receive the transfer of 60% stake, equivalent to VND15,000,000,000 from Mr. Truong Anh Tuan in Tu Cuong Trading – Production Com Ltd.

  To appoint Mr. Mai Anh Tam as the representative of stake of Create Capital Viet Nam Joint Stock Company Limited in Tu Cuong Trading – Production Com Ltd.
