2. Record date:                     April 25, 2019

 The payment for the first phase of 2018 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

Payment date:                          May 22, 2019

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Thien Long Group Corporation as from May 22, 2019.
