The Board of Directors of Lao Cai Mineral Exploitation and Processing Joint Stock Company approved to hold Annual General Meeting 2019 as follows:

1. The BOD approved to change record date of Annual General Meeting 2019 from April 15, 2019 to May 02, 2019.
2. Meeting and venue date of Annual General Meeting 2019: expected in May, 2019 and in Lao Cai city.
