Pymepharco Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.02/NQ-HDQT dated April 05, 2019 as follows:

1. Approving the resignation of Mr. Ludwig Otto Friedrich Klöter as Deputy CEO from April 22, 2019.
2. Approving to add the facts of the resignation of Mr. Ludwig Otto Friedrich Klöter and additional election of member of the Board of Directors to the agenda of the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
3. Approving documents, agenda of the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-       Meeting date: 9:00, April 22, 2019

-       Meeting venue: 166 - 170 Nguyen Hue, Tuy Hoa city, Phu Yen province

• Report of the Board of Directors;
• Report of the Board of Supervisors;
• The audited financial statements in 2018;
• Approving the plan for profit distribution in 2018;

• Approving the remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors;
• Approving the Board Chairman to concurrently hold the position of CEO in 2019;
• Approving the resignation and additional election of member of Board of Directors for Term III (2016 – 2021).
