Van Phu - Invest Investment JSC has received a notice of the fact that Mr. Ngo Duc Long will no longer be an independent member of the Board of Directors of Van Phu - Invest Investment JSC as from April 12, 2019 as he was appointed as General Director of Truong Minh Agricultural Medicine Co., Ltd., a subsidiary wholly-owned by Van Phu - Invest Investment JSC.
