PGI: The Board approves the audited financial statements

According to the Board resolution dated March 28, 2019, the Board of Directors of Petrolimex Insurance Corporation (PJICO) approved the following issues:

1. Approving the audited financial statements of 2018.
2. Approving the policy on the divestment from Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation (VINARE).

-   Appointing Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, Deputy CEO of PJICO as the representative of PJICO at Petroleum Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company as from April 01, 2019.

-       Assigning the CEO to build particular solutions to improve online sales strategy.

3. Approving documents and reports for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2019.
