SMC: Board resolution on stake transfer

According to the Board resolutions dated March 28, 2019, the Board of Directors of SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company unanimously approved the following contents:

1. Approving the policy on transferring a part of capital at SMC Ha Noi Co., Ltd. to the strategic partner Hanwa Corp.. The deal will be executed in Quarter 2/2019.
2. Approving to revoke ESOP shares (issued in 2018) from ex-employees as follows:

-       Number of shares to be revoked: 28,100 shares

-       Number of employees who will be revoked shares: 07 persons

-       Reason: These employees resign.

-       Trading method: transferring the ownership via the Vietnam Securities Depository.
