MSH: BOD resolution the plan for stock issuance under ESOP

The Board resolution dated March 18, 2019, the Board of Directors of Song Hong Garment Joint Stock Company approved the plan for stock issuance under ESOP with the following contents:

-       Stock type: common share

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Issue price: VND10,000/share

-       Issue volume: 2,381,400 shares

-       Total value (based on par value): VND23,814,000,000

-       Time of implementation: expected in May 2019.
