AAM: Information on the issuance of bonus shares On April 01, 2019, Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company announces the stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity as follows:
- Stock name: Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company
- Stock type: common share
- Stock code: AAM
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Number of shares issued: 9,935,701 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 8,035,701 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 1,900,000 shares
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,410,710 shares
- Total value (based on par value): VND24,107,100,000
- Issue ratio: 30% (Shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 30 new shares.)
