FIR: Lifting of restriction on transfer of stock

According to the decision of the Board of Directors dated April 23, 2019, the Board of Directors of First Real.,JSC approved to lift the restrictions on share transferability for 2,969,321 shares (of 5,938,644 restricted shares) of 06 shareholders. The remaining restricted shares of 6 shareholders are 2,969,323 shares.
