LCG: BOD resolution dated April 24, 2019

LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated April 24, 2019 as follows:

1. Approving the resignation of Mr. Tang Quoc Thuoc as representative of stake of LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company in Licogi 166 JSC.
2. Approving the appointment of Mr. Phi Ngoc Anh as representative of stake of 3,527,753 shares, accounting for 46.12% charter capital of Licogi 166 JSC.
3. Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Tam Hoa as Director of Planning Economy.
4. Approving the LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company will withdraw capital from Licogi 166 JSC.
