DCS: Request of explanation for the stock delisting status

On 02 April 2018, Hanoi Stock Exchange received 2018 audited financial statements of Dai Chau Group JSC (Stock code: DCS). After reviewing, Hanoi Stock Exchange found that: The auditing organization refused to give opinion on the audited financial statement 2018. Thus, the stock of DCS belongs to the delisting case regulated at point h clause 1 Article 60 Decree No. 58/2012/ND-CP dated 20/07/2012 of the Government regulated the details of implementing some articles of Stock Act and modified law, supplementing some articles of Stock Act.
Hanoi Stock Exchange requested the Company to explain reason and send the explanation to Hanoi Stock Exchange on 11 April 2019 at the latest.
