DLR: Request of explanation for reason and solution to the delisting status

On 29/3/2019, Hanoi Stock Exchange received 2018 audited financial statements of Dalat Real Estate JSC (Stock code: DLR). After reviewing, Hanoi Stock Exchange found that the got losses in three consecutive years 2016, 2017, 2018 and total amount of accumulated losses exceeds the actual charter capital in the financial statement of 2018. Such, DLR's share was put in the delisting status based on Decree No. 58/ 2012/ ND – CP dated 20 Jul 2012.
Hanoi Stock Exchange requested the Company to explain reason and solution to the delisting status and send the explanation to Hanoi Stock Exchange no later than 09/04/2019.
