AAM: Record date for bonus shares payment

   On April 04, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.530/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company as follows:

-       Ex-right date: April 11, 2019

-       Record date: April 12, 2019

-       Stock type: common share

-       Reason & purpose: to pay bonus shares for implementing the capital increase from the owner’s equity.

-       Exercise ratio: 30% (Shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 30 new shares).

-       Record date: January 15, 2019

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be bought with the price of VND10,000/share.

-       For example: Shareholders owns 1,115 shares. With 30% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 1,115 * 30/100 = 334.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder receives 334 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.5 will be bought with the price of VND10,000.

-       Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company.
