VTB: BOD approves the content of AGM 2019

The Board resolution dated March 05, 2019, the Board of Directors of Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company approved the content of Annual General Meeting 2019 with the following details:

-       Report on the Board of Directors activities in 2018 and plan for 2019;

-       Report on the audited financial statements in 2018;

-       Report on the business result in 2018;

-       Approving the business plan in 2019;

-       Approving the plan for profit distribution in 2018;

-       Approving the personnel change;

-       Approving the selection of auditing firm to audit financial statements in 2019;

-       Other issues.
