According to Board Resolution No.06/2019/NQ-HDQT dated March 04, 2019, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company approved to adjust Board Resolution No.05/2019/NQ-HDQT regarding the record date for holding the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-       Record date (estimated): March 25, 2019

-       Meeting date (estimated): April 23, 2019

-       Meeting place: in Ha Noi city.
