Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company announces the result of private offering in 2019 as follows:

-       Par value: VND100,000,000

-       Bond type: non-convertible and secured bond

-       Bond form: book-entry

-       Interest rate: fixed-rate. 9.5%/year for the first year, and 9.7%/year for the second year.

3. Issue method: via private placement
4. Issue date: March 18, 2019

-       Vietcombank Securities Company Ltd.: VND100 billion;

-       Vietinbank Insurance Company Ltd.: VND100 billion.
