On March 15, the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved the plan for issuing corporate bonds as follows:

-       Issuer: Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp

-       Bond type: non-convertible, secured bond, without warrants

-       Par value: VND100,000,000/bond

-       Issue volume: 2,000 bonds

-       Total issue value: VND200 billion

-       Bond term: 01 year from the issue date

-       Interest rate: 14.45%/year

-       Selling price: 100% par value.
