NBB: CII notices the change of holding ratio at NBB

On March 11, 2019, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) announces the change of the holding ratio at 577 Investment Corporation (NBB) as follows:

-       From 12/06/2018 to 12/19/2018: CII bought 203,600 NBB’s shares

-       03/06/2019: CII bought 246,610 NBB’s shares

-    Number of shares and holding ratio after trading: 43,317,752 NBB’s shares, accounting for 43.17% of total outstanding shares of NBB (100,336,256 shares).
