IBC: Decision on tax penalties

Apax Holdings Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ha Noi City dated December 14, 2018 regarding the tax penalty from 2013 to 2017 as follows:  

-       Penalty for false declaration: VND548,820

-       Value added tax arrears: VND914,700

-       Corporate income tax arrears: VND1,829,400

-       Personal tax arrears: VND19,200,000

-       Late payment: VND566,085.
