The Board resolution dated March 27, 2019, the Board of Directors of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation approved the personnel change as follows:

-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Sang as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) cum Legal Representaive as from March 26, 2019.

-       Approving the appointment of Mr. Deshpande Nikhlesh Atulchandra as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) cum Legal Representaive as from March 27, 2019.
