The Board resolution dated March 25, 2019, the Board of Directors of Van Phat Hung Corporation approved the personnel change as follows:

-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Truong Thanh Nhan as Chairman of BOD as from March 26, 2019.

-       Approving the appointment of Mr. Vo Anh Tuan, member of BOD, CEO and Legal representative as Chairman of BOD as from March 26, 2019.
