ANC11607: Board approves the loan of VND500 billion with VietinBank

According to Board Resolution No.02/2019 dated March 08, 2019, the Board of Directors of Agro Nutrition International Joint Stock Company (short name: ANCO) approved to re-sign a borrowing agreement with Branch 1 Hochiminh of VietinBank in order to mobilize short-term capital for ANCO Dong Nai and ANCO Ha Nam, as follows:

-       Purpose: to raise funds for production

-       Bank: VietinBank - Branch 1 Hochiminh

-       Credit limit: VND500 billion (of which, VND400 billion for ANCO Dong Nai and VND100 for ANCO Ha Nam)

-       Term of agreement: from December 05, 2018 to November 15, 2019

-       Credit guarantee: Masan Nutri-Science Joint Stock Company.
