LBM: Decision on tax penalties

Lam Dong Mineral and Building Materials Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Lam Dong Province dated July 26, 2018 regarding the tax penalty in 2017 as follows:  

-       Penalty for false declaration: VND169,949,426

-       Value added tax arrears: VND2,398,393

-       Corporate income tax arrears: VND835,697,973

-       Personal tax arrears: VND11,650,766

-       Late payment: VND44,527,121.
