THI: SSC approved to change time for stock transfer restriction

Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company announces the following issues:

1. On February 21, 2019, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) approved to change time for transferable restriction of 23,600,000 shares in the private placement in 2016 of Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company.
2. The Board resolution dated January 16, 2019, Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company approved with following contents:

-       The Board of Directors approved to raise the ownership ratio without public tender offer.

-       The Board of Directors approved to cancel the transferable restriction of 23,600,000 shares
