VPB: Resolution of the Board of Directors _ Feb 25, 2019
VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank announces the Board resolution dated February 25, 2019. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank approved to add "collecting shareholders’ opinions in writing" to the purpose of using the shareholder list of the record date February 22, 2019, as follows:
- Exercise ratio: 01 common share/ treasury share – 01 voting right
- Place of implementation: VPBank Building, 89 Lang Ha, Dong Da, Ha Noi
- Content of collecting shareholders’ opinions: to approve issues under the jurisdiction of the general meeting of shareholders.
