Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation announced Resolution No.170/NQ-HĐQT dated January 25, 2019 as follows:

The BODs approved to buy 100% of contributed capital of Song Hy International company limited to invest in housing project at 19/2a Route 13, Lai Thieu ward, Thuan An town, Binh Duong province.

-       Total value: VND259,000 million dongs

-       Implement time: expected from 06 months to 09 months
