TCL: Board resolution on transactions with related companies

On January 25, 2019, the Board of Directors of Tan Cang Logistics and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company approved the transaction contract between Tan Cang Logistics and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company and the following companies:

2. Hiep Phuoc Port Joint Stock Company;
3. Tan Cang - Central Viet Nam Joint Stock Company;
4. Tan Cang - 128 Hai Phong Joint Stock Company;
5. Tan Cang Ben Thanh Corporation;
6. Tan Cang Shpping Joint Stock Company;
7. Asia Investment & Service Infrastructure Corporation;
8. Dong Nai Newport Logistics Joint Stock Company;
9. Cat Lai – Eastern Sai Gon Joint Stock Company;
10. Giang Nam Phu Huu Joint Stock Company;
11. Tan Cang Waterway Transport Joint Stock Company;
12. Cat Lai Port Joint Stock Company;
13. Giang Nam Logistics Joint Stock Company.
