CMV: Decision on tax penalties

Camau Trading Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ca Mau Province dated June 01, 2017 regarding the tax penalty from 2015 & 2016 as follows:

Total amount: VND304,652,347; Of which:

-       Penalty for false declaration: VND48,786,388

-       Corporate income tax arrears: VND70,332,497

-       Personal income tax arrears: VND137,533,416 and VND36,066,030

-       Late payment: VND11,934,016.
