LMH: Board resolution on the stock issuance to raise capital On January 16, 2019, the Board of Directors of Landmark Holding Joint Stock Company approved to issue shares for capital increase from the owner’s equity as follows:

- Stock code: LMH
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Number of outstanding shares: 23,300,000 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 0 share
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,330,000 shares
- Total value (based on par value): VND23,300,000,000
- Exercise ratio: 1:0.1, equivalent to 10% (shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 10 rights will be entitled to purchase 01 new shares).
- The number of newly issued shares bought by each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
- Regulation on rights transfer: The new shares are freely transferable.
