- Ex-right date: December 20, 2018
- Record date: December 21, 2018
- Purpose: to pay stock dividends.
- Exercise ratio: 100:15
The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 15 new shares.
- Estimated issue volume: 12,815,681 shares.
- Plan to deal with fractional shares:
The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.
