-      Number of shares before additional listing: 172,499,985 shares

-      Additional volume: 27,496,320 shares

-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND274,963,200,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 199,996,305 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND1,999,963,050,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: January 17, 2019

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to increase the equity.
