-      Number of shares after additional listing: 930,446,674 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND9,304,466,740,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: January 15, 2019

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
