EIB: BOD approves to extend the transaction contract

On January 21, 2019, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank) approved the extension of consultant and support service agreement between Eximbank and Cedyna Financial Corporation (SMBC is the major shareholders and strategic shareholders of Eximbank, SMBC and Cedyna Financial Corporation is the subsidiary of SMFG).
