On January 21, 2019, the Board of Directors of CII Engineering and Construction JSC approved the transaction contract with the following companies:

1. Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company;
2. Construction Inspection and Consultant Joint Stock Company.

-       Signing date: from January 21, 2019 to December 31, 2019.
