Yeah1 Group Corporation received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated December 11, 2018 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

1. Tax fines: VND75,575,104.
2. Value added and Corporate income tax arrears (2014-2017): VND192,375,520.
3. Late payment: VND58,209,154.
