ASM: Resolution of the Shareholders' General Meeting

Sao Mai Group Corporation announces Resolution of the Shareholders’ General Meeting dated December 11, 2018, the approval of Mr. Le Tuan Anh and related persons received the transfer of ASM shares leading to increase the ownership ratio of over 51% of number of outstanding voting shares of ASM without having to make a public tender offer.
