TPB: Decision on the change of listing

On December 21, 2018, HOSE issued a decision to allow Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (securities code: TPB) to change the listing as follows:

-      Number of shares before additional listing: 671,842,075 shares

-      Additional volume: 184,747,131 shares

-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND1,847,471,310,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 856,589,206 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND8,565,892,060,000

-      Effective date of the listing license:  December 25, 2018

-      Reason of change: Stock issuance to pay dividend for 2017 and stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
