On December 20, 2018, HOSE issued a decision to allow Dong Hai Joint Stock Company of Bentre (securities code: DHC) to change the listing as follows:

-      Number of shares before additional listing: 34,459,769 shares

-      Additional volume: 6,891,780 shares

-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND68,917,800,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 41,351,549 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND413,515,490,000

-      Effective date of the listing license:  December 24, 2018

-      Reason of change: Stock issuance for dividend payment to existing shareholders.
