TIX: BOD resolution dated November 30, 2018

On November 30, 2018, the Board resolution of Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation (TIX) decided to buy shares of Kien Duc Packing Plastic Service Trading Joint Stock Company. After the transfer completes, TIX will owns 27.67% charter capital of Kien Duc Packing Plastic Service Trading Joint Stock Company.
