NLG: Decision on tax penalties

Nam Long Investment Corporation received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated November 19, 2018 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

1. Penalty for false declaration: VND45,233,990
2. Value added tax arrears: VND205,169,949
3. Late payment: VND29,556,497.
