     On September 26, 2018, CMC Corporation has implemented a report on the result of stock issuance to pay dividend for 2017. Accordingly, the company would like to report the change of number of outstanding voting shares as follows:

-       Number of outstanding voting shares before the issuance: 67,341,953 shares

-       Number of shares issued: 4,713,257 shares

-       Number of outstanding voting shares after the issuance: 72,055,210 shares.
