KSH: BOD resolution on the investment plan

According to the resolution No.1512/2018/NQ-HĐQT dated December 15, 2018, the Board of Directors of KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company approved to plan the investment in Van Cat Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company with total value of VND189,000,000,000 (ownership ratio: 90%).
