BID: BOD approves the transaction with BSC

On December 14, 2018, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) issued a resolution to approve the transaction contract with BIDV Securities Joint Stock Company (BSC), including: release agent, 2018 public offering of bonds depository registration and settlement agent.
