-   Company name: Royal Hotel Restaurant Tourist Service Joint Stock Company

-   Address: 18 Nguyen Binh Khiem Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

-   Charter capital: VND200,000,000,000 (ITC contributed VND150,000,000,000; accounting for 75% charter capital of Royal Hotel Restaurant Tourist Service JSC).

-   Legal representative: Mr. Truong Minh Thuan.
