On December 03, 2018, Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 158,287 shares

-   Number of registered shares to buy: 3,800,000 shares

-   Purpose: to stabilize the stock price and increase the shareholders’ value.

-   Purchase price: from VND140,000/share to VND180,000/share

-   Expected trading period: from December 12, 2018 to January 10, 2019
