On December 03, 2018, the Board of Directors of Dam Sen Water Park Corporation approved to hold the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and to pay first cash dividend for 2018 as follows:

1. Approving to pay first cash dividend for 2018:

-       Exercise ratio: 36%

2. Approving to hold the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on January 26, 2019.
3. Approving the record date for the holding of 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the first cash dividend for 2018:

-       Record date: January 03, 2019.
