On December 03, 2018, the Board of Directors of Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company approved to hold the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and to pay first dividend for 2018 as follows:

1. Approving to pay first cash dividend for 2018:

-       Exercise ratio: 9%/charter capital

-       Payment time: March 2019.

2. Approving to hold the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in Q1.2019.
