CRE: BOD approves the plan for stock issuance to raise capital

Century Land Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated November 28, 2018 as follows:

1. Approving the plan for stock issuance to raise its charter capital from VND500 billion to VND800 billion.
2. Approving the holding of collecting shareholders’ opinion in writing to approve the issues by General Meeting of Shareholders:

-       Record date: December 20, 2018

-       Meeting time: from December 2018 to January 2019

-       Meeting venue: 137 Nguyen Ngoc Vu Street, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Ha Noi City.
