VTB: Approving the adjustment of Cat Lai Plant project

On October 30, 2018, the Board resolution of Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company approves the following adjustments:

1. Adjustment of the basic design of the investment project "Electronic assembly factory, electricity and informatics - Cat Lai" established by Phuc Tin Construction Service Trading Com. Ltd dated March 14, 2017.
2. Adjustment of total investment capital of project to VND27,973,883,000
3. Adjustment of time of implementation of the project from November 2018 to October 2019.
